What is the Get Fitter with Tennis Programme?
Move from the couch to the Tennis court with our Get Fitter with Tennis programme. Each week you will experience a mix of Tennis and Fitness activities designed to burn calories, increase your fitness and improve your tennis game at the same time in this fun, music-fuelled Cardio Tennis workout.
Who is this programme for?
Everybody! Catering for all fitness levels on Monday's from 7-8pm.
Do I need to be good at tennis to play?
No. The best thing about our Get Fitter with Tennis programme is that you do not have to be good at tennis to get involved. In fact, it doesn’t matter if you’ve never played before. Your coach is trained to mix up the activities to cater for all skill and fitness levels, so while it’s great for beginners, more experienced tennis players will also have a great time.
What equipment do I need to play?

No Racket. No Problem. We will have one for you.
