Bryan's Bootcamps


Get out of the gym and onto the court with our Squash and Tennis Bootcamps

  • High, Medium and Low-Intensity Tennis or Squash workout
  • Burn 500-1000 calories in one session
  • Play and workout at the same time
  • Sign up for only 4 weeks
  • Starting Tuesday 15th January
  • Tuesdays Tennis Bootcamp now full
    • Extra session added on Mondays 7-8pm
    • Men Only from 8-9pm on Mondays 



Squash Bootcamps

  • Squash + Cardio + Strength Training

  • Mixed intensity circuits of Squash drills, Cardio workout and Strength training

  • Beginners and Intermediate/Advanced sessions

  • Tuesday's from 8.15pm

  • Rackets provided

  • All you need is water and your workout gear


Tennis Bootcamp

  • Tennis + Cardio + Strength Training

  • Mixed intensity circuits of Tennis, Cardio Tennis drills and Strength training 

  • Tuesday's are now FULL

  • New session on Mondays from 7-8pm starting January 21st

  • Men Only Bootcamp Monday's 8-9pm

  • Rackets provided 

  • All you need is water and your workout gear
